Lunch on the Shepherd's Farm

The Rabari, are an indigenous tribal caste of nomadic cattle and camel herders and shepherds that live throughout northwest India, primarily in the states of Gujarat, Punjab and Rajasthan.
At Brijjawai we welcome you to a raw native experience amongst the Rabari tribes. Shephard farm is located almost centrally in this small town. Beautiful thatched roof seating made from leaves, dry twigs, jute binders with natural wild flowers growing along is a perfect place to rest. Villagers prepare a special meal with local ingredients and local wood-fire cooking as you taste their rustic food. The farm also uses its home-grown products to stir up menu based on seasonal grown. Colourful “Khattiyas – handmade bamboo large benches” makes for a comfortable seating as we open our hearts to nature.
