• No further discounts will be applicable.
• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used with any other BRIJ HOTELS offer or online or offline promotion.
• The offer can be availed only by making a reservation through the BRIJ Brand website.
• Offers cannot be clubbed or combined with any other offer.

•  Any extra billing during the stay, guests need to clear at the time of Check out.
• Rooms are subject to availability; any component not a part of the package will be treated as extra billing, and applicable taxes, fees, and other standard service charges will be levied on the same. Offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period with unique coupon codes.
• BRIJ HOTELS reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without any notice, for whatever reason, and without any liability. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
• BRIJ HOTELS reserves the right to amend the offer construct at any time during the term of the agreement, for whatever reason and without any liability for doing so.

• Any queries raised will be resolved within 48 working hours from the day the question is submitted.
• Reservations made are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• For Cancellations and no-shows, hotel policy applies. Only one change of date is applicable per package/booking

• Booking amendments/cancellations will be at the discretion of the partner
• All bookings/reservations are subject to availability -
• The TAT BRIJ will take to get in touch with the cardmember for confirmation of booking/reservation is maximum 48 hours.
• There is no refund policy. No refund of Membership Rewards or the equivalent cash amount will be done by American Express, incase, the cardmember does not utilize their voucher/experience for any reason.
• The Amex bookings will be applicable only for one-night stays and one-room bookings, for more nights and rooms please contact the property.
