Polki, the restaurant at Brij Gaj Kesri serves vegetarian food. The curated menu is a labour of love, spiced with Bikaneri flavours, tossed with Rajasthani ingredients and whisked with Marwari influences. The dishes are made to order, fresh and wholesome. We specialise in traditional Marwari food as well as continental fare made to old-Calcutta recipes. A trip to Brij Gaj Kesri is incomplete without savouring our Papad Bhujia Parathas, Bajra Khichdi, and Vegan Linguine.
