The chef’s specialties are inspired from the regional cooking style of the state and the indigenous Rabari Tribe making dining in Jawai a unique experience. Try mouth-watering dishes like Bajre ki Khichdi, Rajasthani Kadhi, Daal Baati Churma, Haldi ki Sabji (raw turmeric cooked in a curry), Lal Maans (a famous regional non-veg. delicacy), with a variety of flatbreads for an unforgettable and authentic experience. The herbs, spices and grains (especially millets grown in Rajasthani soil) are sourced locally to retain the freshness and natural aroma.
